Terms of service

The short version: use it for what it is for, keep your credentials to yourself, and understand what the numbers on screen are and are not.

Your account

One account, one person. You are responsible for what happens under it and for the credentials you connect. Use read-only scopes wherever the provider offers them — Saasmetry never needs write access and never asks for it.

What the figures are

Saasmetry reports what the services you connect return. Recurring revenue is computed from your subscription data using the definitions documented in the product; it is a management view, not a statement of account, and it is not accounting or tax advice. If a figure disagrees with your provider's own dashboard, the provider is authoritative — tell us, because that is a bug.

Availability

Saasmetry reads from third-party APIs. When one of them is down, rate-limits us, or changes its responses, the data it feeds stops updating. Saasmetry says so rather than presenting stale figures as current, but it cannot fix the upstream.

Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Exceeding a plan limit stops new products, integrations and members from being added — it never removes what you already have, and it never hides your data.

Acceptable use

Do not use Saasmetry to access services you are not authorised to access, to circumvent a provider's rate limits or terms, or to store anything you are not entitled to store. Each provider's own terms continue to apply to the data Saasmetry reads on your behalf.

Ending it

Delete your workspace whenever you like, from Settings. The operator may suspend an account for non-payment or for a breach of the section above, with notice where circumstances allow.

Liability

Saasmetry is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the figures shown, or for losses arising from a third-party service being unavailable or returning incorrect data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Trademarks

Stripe, Sentry, GlitchTip, Coolify, Resend, Cloudflare, Umami, PostHog and Uptime Kuma are the marks of their respective owners. Saasmetry uses their names and logos to identify which service a connection talks to. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
